I feel that I performed well through the tough physical aspects of frimley park. The accommodation was bog standard and the beds were awful, I may as well slept on the floor. However, surprisingly I managed to get through it, even with the gruelling log runs every morning and with assault courses thrown in. The food however was outstanding. I quickly formed friends within my platoon and that really helped me to flourish and show my full potential. I learned a lot throughout my week and I thoroughly advise other cadets do it. It is a very rewarding course.
