Community Link is a continuing venture for the Squadron and involves the cadets and staff forging new friendships with local schools and businesses to get a mutual understanding of what we are all about. This allows the employers to see the activities, opportunities and training methods undertaken, and the skills gained by the cadets, which could be of benefit to the employers.

This is of course a two way venture and it will give the cadets in the squadron the chance to see different career paths available to them now and in the future.
