The media project continued to work on the blog and update posters around the squadron and the music project continued to practice their various instruments such as guitar and keyboard, and learn some music theory. Tonight our cadets took part in sports activities down in the sports hall. This consisted of a warm up with cadets having to jog around the hall multiple times and then doing various stretches. They then went on to play 5-a-side football with 5 minute games and finished off the evening by playing basketball. There were two equal teams and they both were very competitive and highly enjoyed their time down at the sports hall.
