"Cpl" Godsell & Allan
Tonight all cadets and staff took part in the charity rank auction where we were all bidding to be other's ranks in the squadron. Cadets became Adult NCO's, The Boss becoming CWO Kyle and Recruit Talbot became the squadron OC along with many demotions. An interesting was a male Cpl being promoted to Female Sgt ATC... The night went on with different activities which the new appointments being enforced with ex-Sgt "Cdt" Mitchell being disciplined with isolation, cadets and staff doing normal JNCO duties and there was also a raffle held to raise more money won by ex-Cpl "Cdt" Matthews. THE TOTAL MONEY RAISED BY 1145 FOR COMIC RELIEF WAS OVER £120 !!!! Tonight Cdt Allan was awarded with her NICAS level 1 for rock climbing at the EICA Ratho, Edinburgh and her Heart Start award for first aid. She recieved this along with CWO Comrie, Cpl Kenney, Cdt Colliar, Cdt Talbot and Cdt Maxwell. The last award given was Marksmanships and on target was Cpl Kenney who obtained the wing level award and a very special well done to Cpl Matthews who obtained the regional award.
Congratulations to Cpl Curtis Matthews and Cdt Alex Bailey who, today, both obtained their Wing Blues for Junior Rugby. The event was held in Livingston along with the Inter-Wing Netball Competition. Unfortunately the lads came 4th in the region but on the positive the netball girls came first and both 1145 cadets have maid it through to regional
Eyes front boys! This weeks rugby some "half time entertainment" seemed to be distracting the cadets
1145 Smashes into the SESCOT team with 3 cadets getting though to the squad! Congratulations to Cpl Matthews, Cdt Cain and Cdt Bailey who successfully made it through to the Wing Rugby Team at RAF Leuchars today. They will proudly take part in the inter-wing competition and hopefully have the opportunity to represent the S&NI Region. |
