Cpl Rae recently attended the Personal Awareness and Moral Leadership course at Amport house. The cadets were taught, through experiential learning, different aspects of teamwork. Trust, respect and morals. The weekend was spent doing various tasks in groups to develop these skills and allow the cadets to become better leaders. All of the cadets involved in the course thoroughly enjoyed the couse and Cpl Rae would recommend it to anyone.

Throughout the night each flight got briefed on what to do then went on and made a plan for what their plane would look like and be called. At the end when both flights had made a paper plane and created a presentation describing the features of the plane and why the judges should choose their plane. Vulcan flight came up with the name for their plane "Putin Exterminator" and Victor flight chose the name "The Popadom 123". In the end the judges chose the winner to be Vulcan flight.
